If you follow triathlon, Rinny doesn’t need much of an introduction. But just in case you don’t, you should know that the Australian has won the Ironman world championships three times, been on the podium four more times and won a 70.3 world championship to boot. Rinny has been at the highest level in her sport for over a decade and continues to look for ways to improve her performance, set new course records and rack up an even higher podium count.
Angela might come from the frozen north, British Columbia to be exact, but her performances have been red hot. With three sub nine hour ironman performances and a total of 9 70.3, 26 podiums, and 2 full Ironman wins, one of which was the North American Ironman Championships to her name she’s one of the highest ranked long distance triathletes in the world. In 2018, Angela overcame a long struggle with Lyme disease to place 8th in Kona and is looking to take her strong cycling performance even higher up the podium next year.

The list of endurance cycling events that Larissa Connors has NOT won is getting rather short. From the Belgian Waffle Ride to just about every 100-mile mountain bike endurance race on the calendar, Larissa has proven over the past two seasons to be unstoppable. That run at the top includes a win at last year’s Leadville 100. This Saturday she’ll be back to defend her title, and if all goes her way, set a course record in the process.

Since he entered the Big Sur International Marathon in 2014, Justin has completed ironman triathlons and ultra distance trail races. In 2019 he is aiming to go further and faster as he continues to explore the limits of his performance while fitting in long runs around his family and his globe trotting chef schedule.
The Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association
The CPSDA represents the vast majority of advanced practice registered dietitians in the United States who work full-time with athletes in colleges, professional sports, Olympic training centers, the U.S. Military and in law enforcement. CPSDA’s member-driven national not-for-profit organization speaks with one voice on behalf of America’s leading sports dietitians and is founded on the fundamental “food first” principle that “whole foods are the best fuel,” and that athletic programs operating at every level of competition will best serve their athletes when employing the full-time services of a sports dietitian.
